About Chaplain Tony
With the support of his lovely wife and help mate, Charlotte. Chaplain Tony Woconish has been teaching and preaching God's Word for 38 years all over the world in numerous countries like Kenya, Greece, Honduras, and Ukraine.
Chaplain Tony has served 31 years in the Oklahoma Prison Ministry as a Volunteer Chaplain and 20 years as a Veterans Chaplain conducting to date 125 Military Graveside Funeral Honor Services.
In his early years, Chaplain Tony was a US Marine Sergeant. Trained and skilled to work in Marine Aviation as a radar technician on F-4J and F-4S Phantom II fighter aircraft. Tony served his country while deployed to Iwakuni Japan, Okinawa, South Korea, The Philippines, Denmark, and Turkey.
While serving his country. Tony heard the Gospel preached and surrendered his life and heart to Jesus in 1980. Baptized in the Fire of His Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues in October, 1981. 1982 was a life changing year as Tony Woconish heard and answered the calling of God into the Ministry.
Chaplain Tony enrolled in the Pastors Course of the Rhema Bible Training Center in 1983 and graduated in 1985.
